Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. This is not one of them.
Sanctions on the competitor (team) itself: fines, reprimands, warnings, points deductions. Unsafe releases count here as impacting another driver.
Decisions and rulings that aren't in the FIA's per-event document lists: seasons the FIA site no longer lists, and verdicts that came days or weeks later. A ruling not from the FIA is only counted if it has a source, a reason it's needed, and contemporaneous evidence backing it up.
